Alexander is an experienced architectural engineer, civil engineer, forensic engineer, construction manager and due diligence specialist with decades of hands on experience designing and managing residential, multi-family, commercial and industrial projects ranging in contract value from $1M to more than $200M. AVR Constructions Inc. was started by Mr. Ravski after a long career in the Civil Engineering field in Ukraine and United States. After working the last twenty years for well known Structural Engineering and Consulting Firms in Orange County, California, Alexander learned about quality assurance and how to design and build buildings right to avoid legal disputes. That influenced him to start his own Design Build company to provide customers with the highest quality product and full service from conceptual design to a substantial completion. Mr. Ravski has been involved in construction projects with ENR Top 25 general contractors in the Western United States. He served as the engineer of record and provided the construction documents and plans for a number of residential, commercial and industrial projects in California, Arizona and Nevada. Mr. Ravski is a registered Civil Engineer and Licensed General Contractor in the State of California and Arizona.
Magic was born and raised in Krakow, Poland where historical buildings and its artistic unique atmosphere awakened his passion for architecture and design. Since earning a Masters of Architecture from Krakow University of Technology, Magic has been engaged in a broad range of project types. His background ranges from carefully detailed custom homes, high-tech shopping centers, historically designed churches and community centers to multi-level concrete parking structures.
